NEOPAN-400 FILM produces a smooth self-masking effect in the dr5 process. NEOpan-400 CAN ONLY BE RUN IN DEV-2. It does not produce an acceptable neutral in DEV-1. It produces a deep milk-chocolate color, a little more yellow than SCALA. Produces good sharpness for this speed. NEOPAN-400 is the only FUJI B&W film we recommend you use for the dr5-process.
DMAX for this film in dr5 is high, around 4.10. We dont recommend you shoot this film past 320 iso for dr5 use.
