OPTICAL:
- optical inter negatives from dr5 chromes will produce hardly any generation loss due to the enhancement dr5 processing offers over standard B&W development. This is the method of choice for contact printers. Internegs can be 'same-size or enlarged. Clients can expose their film and send it in, or we can expose the film, rates vary -
- "interpositives" are best for originals that can not be scanned. This method incorporates dr5 to produce an almost loss less negative copy - an interpositive - dr5 or e6 chromes can be enlarged to create enlarged interpositives to 11x14. - Copy-prints to dr5; for the best possible B&W optical copy to B&W film. Your shot film or we can shoot the work -
DIGITALSILVER:
- FOR THE BEST FILM DUPE, images are scanned to the proper resolution. They are then output through a film recorder - CRT or LVT, 35mm ~ 8x10. A negative process can be used, or dr5 for B&W positives/chromes or interpositives. See our DIGITALSILVER site for further details.
